What type of warranty comes with the products you sell?

We are an authorized dealer of all the products listed on this website. Therefore, all items sold on this site are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

I never received a confirmation or tracking number for my order. Did my order go through?

It is possible that the product you ordered is not in stock. It is also possible that our email confirmation to you was filtered into your Junk Mailbox. Please check there for our email. You can "Allow" @northernlightstrading.com as a safe sender and you will receive all future correspondence from us. In either case, you can contact us at 866-586-2225 M-F 9-5 if you have not received an email from us.

Is this product in stock?

We cannot guarantee that every item on our website is in stock. Since we operate several retail locations, it is possible to sell our "last one" before your order is processed. If you are unsure and would like to call us, please do so. We are happy to pull any product off our retail floor until your order has been received. If you order multiple items and one of those items is not in stock, we WILL process and ship you the items that are in stock. Please note in the Special Instructions section if you do not want us to ship incomplete orders. Freight charges will be based on the total of your original order.

We are! Northern Lights is a real brick and mortar operation with three locations in Southwest Montana. We use the gear we sell every day. We have the expertise to outfit you in the right gear the first time!
