Scarpa started as a quality boot maker in the Italian Alps, and it has continued to make quality performance footwear in the same region since 1938. One of the first companies to develop footwear for mountaineering pursuits Scarpa has been at the cutting edge of innovation, the first company to create a Gore-Tex boot and the first plastic telemark boot are the roots on which the current Scarpa products stand.

Design and Construction
Scarpa continues to develop and construct their products in Northern Italy where they started. In addition they incorporate several tech brands into their footwear, Intuition liners, vibram soles, Primaloft Insulation, and Gore-Tex just to name a few.Materials

The Phantom Guide is a technical mountain boot that is perfect for Bozeman Montana. The boot is all conditions ready with an integrated gaitor, waterproof zipper, vibram sole, and 200 grams of Primaloft, making it ideal for mixed conditions. The phantom guide balances its light weight with high performance to give you a great all around boot.
The Vapor V is a high performance shoe is meant to take on technical and powerful moves. Bi-Tension active randing provides maximum toe power and the Vibram XS grip 2 gives this shoe a whole lot of gripping power.
