No RA numbers, no mandatory phone calls, just mail it back! Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice and fill out the back of the it. Then just return your package to:

Northern Lights Trading will accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be unused and with the original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
Climbing equipment
Bear Spray
Underwear
Swimwear
Mounted ski gear
Fuel Canisters/cans
Avalanche transeivers
GPS units/software
Merchandise returned without an invoice may not be accepted and Northern Lights Trading Co. may not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the merchandise being shipped to us.

Warranty Policy
|
We will be happy to handle any warranty issue from any manufacturer we carry. Northern Lights Trading Company will handle the warranty issue at no charge (except shipping) if you can provide proof of purchase from our store. If you have purchased the item from someone else we will handle the warranty issue for you, but we will have to charge you for any cost we incur. Please be patient, as warranty issues usually take 2-6 weeks to resolve.
You must ship or return items back to us in clean condition. We will not handle dirty laundry or gear. We suggest you insure and track the package you send us. Please include the original sales receipt or invoice and a note with all applicable problems with the product and a daytime phone number and/or e-mail in case we have to reach you.
It is sometimes easier to send products directly to the manufacturer to save time and money. Please feel free to call or email us if you need a manufacturer’s contact information.
As Northern Lights Trading Company is an agent between you and the product manufacturer, all final decisions on product warranty lie solely with the product manufacturer.
